TMJ / Dental Pain

Trigger points refer pain that frequently mimic the symptoms associated with dental (teeth) and orthodontic (jaw and occlusal) pathology. These trigger points are associated with cavities, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, tooth impaction and root problems.

Examples of these muscles are the medial ptrygoid, masseter, temporalis, and anterior digastric.
