Elbow Pain

Trigger points refer pain to the elbow that mimic the symptoms frequently associated with such diagnoses as lateral epicondylitis (“tennis elbow”), medial epicondylitis (“golfer’s elbow”), tendonitis and tendonopathy of the lateral or medial epicondyle.

Examples of these muscles are the brachialis, extensor digitorum, and triceps muscles.
