Back and Hip Pain

Trigger points refer pain that frequently mimics the symptoms associated with low back pain and sciatica. These trigger points are also associated with diagnoses like lumbar degenerative disc disease, arthritic changes and herniated discs.

Examples of these muscles are the sacro-coccygeal and the gluteus minimus.
